Nose: Fragrant and fruity, with plump berry notes as well hints of cherry and blackberry - all reminiscent of a fruit scone smothered in jam.
Taste: The end slice of a Jamaican Ginger Cake to start, followed by dry grape notes and the complexity of the Sherry, then a touch of cocoa and super-dark chocolate.
Finish: A crisp, dry finish with a touch of pecan, hazelnut, and a hint of lemon peel.

Nose: Smoked and salted caramel.
Taste: The smoke comes through, rich and delicious; notes of citrus peel are followed by the savoury smoke of chipotle or gammon.
Finish: More sweetness on the finish, making this reminiscent of a smoked sticky toffee pudding.

Nose: Salted almonds and an olive-like fruitiness, followed by a dusting of cassia and chilli.
Taste: Sweet and fruity upfront with a hint of cinnamon bun is the name of the game. All followed by a light hint of sweet tea.
Finish: A little woodiness makes this, overall, a delicate, well-integrated and balanced spirit.
